As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment within a dynamic tech and media location. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the premises, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding to any situations as they arise. You will also provide exceptional customer service, assisting employees, visitors, and guests with their needs and inquiries. Utilizing your communication skills and comfort with technology, you will document your patrol activities and interact with various team members. Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A valid Guard Card or security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity within the tech, media, and telecom location.
• Monitor premises for unusual or suspicious activity and report findings according to established protocols.
• Assist visitors and employees by providing directions or information as needed while maintaining a professional presence.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to address security-related concerns as they arise.
• Document daily activities and any incidents in accordance with site and company procedures.
