About The Position

As a Security Professional - Tech/Media Patrol Supervisor in Mc Lean, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a leading technology and media environment, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. Your presence and professionalism will contribute to a secure atmosphere, where you will interact with employees and visitors, address inquiries, and support a culture of integrity and teamwork. This position requires driving as part of your responsibilities, offering you the opportunity to demonstrate reliability and agility in a dynamic location.

Requirements

  • Must have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or possess a college degree.
  • Must have supervisory experience.
  • Must possess an active Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites.
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education.
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams.
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service.
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise.
