As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned tech-focused locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence throughout the area. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergencies as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter, helping to deter unwanted activities and observing for unusual situations.
Monitor access points and help to maintain a secure environment for employees, visitors, and property within a technology-focused location.
Document and report any security-related incidents or irregularities according to Allied Universal protocols.
Work collaboratively with site staff and local law enforcement as required.
Remain alert and attentive while on patrol, adapting to changing conditions and requirements of the site.
