About The Position

As a Security Professional - Retail Patrol - Full Time in BEVERLY HILLS, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a valued member of the Allied Universal team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment within a high-end retail location. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents, and providing a welcoming presence for guests and staff. You will be expected to respond promptly to any security-related concerns, assist with loss prevention efforts, and communicate clearly and courteously with everyone you encounter. Requirements

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education.
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service.
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise.
