As a Security Professional - Retail Patrol Driver in Santa Clara, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a premier retail location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming environment for guests and staff. Your visible presence and proactive approach are essential in maintaining order and providing top-tier customer service. This is a driving post, so you will operate a vehicle while conducting patrols. Requirements

Availability across various days and shifts
Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Loss prevention experience is preferred.
A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
Experience with customer service is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the retail location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols inside the store and around its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
Assist with access control and observe for any unusual behavior or situations within the retail environment.
Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergency response activities as needed.
Document and report incidents and daily activities according to site protocols.
