As a Security Professional - Residential Concierge in Cross Junction, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a valued team member at Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol residential areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Your role involves conducting routine checks throughout the location, being visible to residents, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. You will play an important part in supporting a secure and comfortable environment for everyone. Requirements

Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
