Requirements

Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as required.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible presence.
Observe and report any suspicious activities and/or potential hazards within the food and beverage facility environment.
Communicate with site personnel and visitors in a professional manner while providing assistance as needed.
Assist with access control, monitoring entry and exit points, and verifying identification as required by site policies.
Maintain accurate and detailed logs of activities, incidents, and observations during the shift.
Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific protocols relevant to the food and beverage industry location.
