As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading tech location, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and support a secure environment. You will conduct regular patrols, remain highly visible, and interact with employees and visitors to provide outstanding customer service. This is a driving post, requiring you to navigate the premises and respond promptly to situations as they arise. Requirements

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter, both inside and outside the facility.
• Help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a visible presence and monitoring for irregularities during patrols.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or suspicious activities according to established protocols.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and/or employees while carrying out security-related duties.
• Work in environments typical of tech, media, and telecommunications locations, adapting to varying working conditions as required by the site.
