As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents in a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the overall security-related operations at the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or report irregularities, noting that working environments and conditions may vary by site within the manufacturing and industrial setting.
Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or unusual conditions encountered during patrols to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives according to site protocols.
Assist with controlling access to designated areas within the location to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain order as outlined in site-specific instructions.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or reports as required by Allied Universal and client policies.
