As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to support a positive atmosphere, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. This position is a driving post, requiring you to operate a vehicle as part of your patrol duties. Requirements

At least one year of security-related experience is required.
A valid Emergency Medical Technician certification is required.
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols.
Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns as they arise.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities and incidents as required by site procedures.
Assist in controlling access to the location and monitor entry and exit points as needed.
