As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment within a dynamic food and beverage production location. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the facility, remaining highly visible to help to deter potential security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that may arise. Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.
• Observe and report any irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
• Communicate with Allied Universal management and client representatives as needed regarding incidents, issues, or site-specific concerns.
• Assist with access control and visitor management in accordance with site policies, helping to maintain a secure environment for personnel and assets.
• Complete required reports and logs in a timely and accurate manner, documenting all incidents and activities as directed.
