As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for all personnel and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and support a culture of teamwork and integrity. Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the manufacturing and industrial environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.
• Monitor for any unusual activity or security-related concerns throughout the location, reporting findings as required by Allied Universal protocols.
• Assist employees, visitors, and contractors with security-related questions and directions while maintaining a professional presence.
• Document and report security-related incidents and/or hazards according to Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.
