As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal at a premier hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment for guests and staff. By conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence, you help to deter security-related incidents while delivering exceptional customer service. Requirements

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• A valid security guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by performing security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel property, including common areas, guest floors, and the perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as appropriate.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity.
• Support emergency response activities and communicate with hotel management and/or law enforcement as required.
• Complete logs, reports, and other documentation of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and the site.
• Maintain a professional presence and demonstrate excellent customer service skills at all times while representing Allied Universal at the location.
