As a Security Professional - Government Site Patrol in Everett, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated government locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while fostering a welcoming atmosphere. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

  • At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Baton certification is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • A Guard Card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
  • Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel or authorities.
  • Maintain accurate logs and records of activities, incidents, and/or any unusual occurrences during shifts.
  • Communicate with Allied Universal management, site personnel, and/or visitors in a professional manner to support a secure environment.
  • Follow all company and client-specific guidelines related to security-related operations.
