As a Security Professional - Government Site Patrol in Everett, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated government locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while fostering a welcoming atmosphere. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Baton certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
A Guard Card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel or authorities.
Maintain accurate logs and records of activities, incidents, and/or any unusual occurrences during shifts.
Communicate with Allied Universal management, site personnel, and/or visitors in a professional manner to support a secure environment.
Follow all company and client-specific guidelines related to security-related operations.
