As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a leading food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a strong presence throughout the site. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with team members and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service while upholding the highest standards of communication. Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
CPR certification is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding to emergencies when needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter potential issues and provide a visible security-related presence.
Monitor the location for unauthorized activities and report findings to appropriate personnel.
Support access control measures by verifying credentials and observing entry and exit points.
Work collaboratively with Allied Universal and client staff to address security-related concerns as they arise.
Document observations and incidents according to established procedures, maintaining accurate and timely records.
