About The Position

Now Hiring Security Professionals to work in Midtown Miami! As a Residential Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients in a residential community such as a gated community, condominium, or apartment complex. They provide access control and patrols while remaining visible and display exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Requirements

• Valid Florida Security License D License
• High End Residential Security Experience
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Be at least 21+ years of age.
• Required, ability to use a computer or tablet.
• Required, comfortable working outdoors in all elements of the weather for the entire shift.
• Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to our clients by conducting safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
