Requirements

• Have at least three years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Have experience with access control and/or badge systems.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate communication systems to dispatch security-related personnel and resources as needed within the financial institution location.
• Receive, prioritize, and coordinate responses to incidents, alarms, and requests for assistance in a calm and problem-solving manner.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of all communications, incidents, and dispatch activities.
• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with on-site personnel, management, and emergency responders as appropriate.
• Assist in coordinating emergency response activities and help to deter potential security-related issues through timely and accurate dispatching.
• Support Allied Universal team members by relaying critical information and updates regarding ongoing situations within the location.
