As a Security Professional - CRE Patrol Full-Time in Calabasas, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling a commercial real estate location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you conduct routine patrols and remain highly visible throughout the property. You will interact regularly with tenants, visitors, and staff, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. Requirements
- At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations at the commercial real estate location in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
- Observe and report any suspicious behavior, potential hazards, or maintenance issues to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or property management.
- Maintain awareness of surroundings and communicate professionally with tenants, guests, and staff at the location.
- Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner as directed by Allied Universal procedures.
