About The Position

As a Security Professional - Access Control Patrol in Lagrange, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor and control access to the manufacturing and industrial location, verifying identification and credentials of employees, visitors, and vendors.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as needed to site management and/or emergency services.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of access control activities, incidents, and observations as required by site protocols.
• Communicate professionally with clients, staff, and visitors to address questions and provide information related to security-related procedures.
• Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific protocols to support a secure environment within the manufacturing and industrial location.
