Requirements

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies within a food and beverage production location.
• Monitor and control access to the facility, verifying credentials and authorizations in accordance with established protocols.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal guidelines and client expectations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to observe activities and help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious behavior.
• Document and report any unusual activity, security-related incidents, or breaches of policy to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with emergency response activities as needed, following site-specific instructions and Allied Universal procedures.
• Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and vendors to provide information and assistance as required.
• Support the overall security-related operations of the location by adhering to all Allied Universal and client policies and procedures.
