As a Security Professional - Access Control Patrol Driver in De Soto, KS, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor entrances and exits, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license. You will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment while providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage access control systems to help to deter unauthorized entry or exit from the location.
Verify identification and credentials of individuals entering or leaving the premises, following site-specific policies and procedures.
Provide customer service by assisting visitors, tenants, and employees with access-related inquiries and directions.
Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations, utilizing problem-solving skills and following emergency response protocols as required.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business property and its perimeter to observe for security-related concerns or potential hazards.
Document and report all security-related incidents, unusual activities, and maintenance needs to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel.
Collaborate with property management and other site personnel to address security-related matters and uphold site-specific protocols.
