About The Position

As a Security Professional Access Control Agent in Greensboro, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Access Control Officer in a commercial real estate location, you will monitor entrances and exits, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents. You will remain visible throughout the property, interact with residents and guests, and provide outstanding customer service while supporting a welcoming environment. Requirements

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials to help to deter unauthorized entry into the location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity and report any irregularities.
• Document and report any security-related incidents or unusual occurrences in accordance with Allied Universal policies.
• Work collaboratively with property management and other personnel to address concerns and maintain a secure environment.
