Protiviti is looking for a Technology Consulting Senior Manager to join our growing Digital Identity team.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, Veza, CyberArk, Okta, Ping Identity, and Delinea.
• Experience in evaluating, summarizing, organizing, and interpreting data.
• Ability to establish and cultivate business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives.
• Experience in pursuing business development opportunities and identifying strategies to obtain new work.
• Ability to translate and communicate business value and technical/project related issues to client personnel.
• Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams including conducting performance appraisals.
• Experience delivering strategic IAM and/or PAM Program advisory support.
• Experience with Identity Governance and Administration, including user access lifecycle management.
• Design and/or implementation of IGA technology (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, Veza).
• Design and/or implementation of Access Management technology (e.g., Okta, Ping Identity).
• Proficiency with role-based access control, including role mining and design.
• Knowledge of directory technologies including Microsoft Entra AD, LDAP, or virtual directories.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle, change management, and release management practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional/matrixed organization.
• An overall passion for all things IAM.

Nice To Haves

• Professional Certification such as identity vendor certifications or similar strongly preferred.

• Partner with clients and alliance partners to identify opportunities and develop technology enabled solutions.
• Develop strategies to solve complex business problems using new ways of thinking.
• Devise solutions to support clients' needs through using the latest tools and methods.
• Develop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery.
• Foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market.
• Mentor and provide performance development to teams as you oversee the successful completion of project work plans.
• Collaborate with clients and technology partners to develop strategic solutions.
• Translate solutions into value-based proposals and build confidence in our ability to deliver.
• Execute large identity programs and promote a positive team culture.
