HIRING IMMEDIATELY Sunstates Security is currently hiring Part-Time and Full-Time Security Patrol Professionals in the Brentwood, TN area. 2nd and 3rd shift are available! This position offers a pay rate of $19.00/hr - with weekly pay . Qualifying candidates are eligible for a 401(k) with employer match (up to 8%) that work 20 hours a week (minimum of 500 hours per year or more worked) and have completed six months of service with Sunstates Security (part-time) !

Requirements

  • TN Security License preferred but not required.
  • Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred.
  • Must be adept with driving patrols.
  • Must be available to work on weekends.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Must be computer literate and have basic computer skills.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Ability to work with limited supervision.
  • Must be reliable and dependable.

Nice To Haves

  • TN Security License preferred
  • Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring rules and regulations are followed, following proper reporting procedures.
  • Report writing (daily activity, incident, maintenance items, etc.).
  • Greet/vet all incoming traffic.
  • Access control/gate keeper.
  • Monitor CCTV cameras and equipment, patrolling, etcetera.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
  • A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
