Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Officer, where you will conduct routine driving and foot rounds, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and support access activity across the location. This driving role offers the opportunity to deliver outstanding customer service and communication while working with a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, and acts with integrity.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Observe and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns according to site procedures.
• Support access control and visitor-related processes in alignment with location expectations and assigned post duties.
