About The Position

The Security Patrol Officer at GardaWorld is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of a warehouse environment. Requirements

• High school education or equivalent (GED).
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is preferred.
• Possession of a Texas Security License (assistance provided during hiring).
• CPR certification (assistance provided during hiring).
• Must be at least 18 years of age (21 for driving positions).
• Valid driver's license with a good driving history (for driving positions).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients and the public.
• Conduct screenings of individuals entering the facility.
• Control and direct pedestrian traffic.
• Perform desk duties including telecommunications and visitor management.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports on all activities.
• Conduct foot and vehicle patrols as needed.
• Monitor and manage the security front desk.
• Control access to the site, ensuring only authorized personnel are allowed entry.
• Utilize camera and alarm surveillance systems.
• Assist guests with directions and information.
