About The Position

The Command Center Operator at R+L Carriers is responsible for incident response and utilizing advanced network security technology to address potential threats. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues across multiple terminals, ensuring effective communication with business partners regarding safety and operational needs.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to speak, read, and write the English language.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends if needed.
• Verifiable ten-year work history required.
• Previous military, police, or security guard experience preferred but not required.
• Understanding of CCTV and remote viewing systems.
• Ability to effectively react to high-stress situations.
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong telephone and customer service skills.
• Experience in troubleshooting a variety of electronics issues.

Responsibilities

• Investigating and resolving intrusion attempts.
• Reviewing security events in a Security Information and Event Management system.
• Communicating effectively with business partners regarding claims, safety, and overall business needs.
