About The Position

As a Security Operations Specialist, you will be a key part of our in-house operations center team, providing real-time monitoring of AI-driven security systems to safeguard our clients' homes and families. This is an on-site role, where you will be responsible for anticipating and responding to potential security threats, delivering a seamless client experience, and working in close collaboration with our engineering team. Flexibility and adaptability are key as we scale, and teamwork is essential to the success of the operations center.

Requirements

  • Relevant Experience: Background in Intelligence, Operations, Critical Incident Management, Corporate Security, Private Security, Law Enforcement, or related fields.
  • Operations & GSOC Experience: Previous experience in a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) or a similar role, with an understanding of its critical functions.
  • Educational Credentials: An undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice, Political Science, or a related field, or 5+ years of experience in law enforcement, military, security, or intelligence roles.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, odd hours, and weekends, sometimes with little notice, to meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Advanced Security Monitoring: Oversee AI-driven surveillance systems, responding to potential security incidents with precision and ensuring real-time protection of clients’ assets and loved ones.
  • Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for security events, delivering a seamless and high-quality experience for clients while upholding the discretion and privacy standards expected in a luxury service.
  • Emergency Response & Crisis Management: Coordinate with authorities, executives, clients, and staff during urgent or high-pressure situations, maintaining calm and professionalism.
  • Communication Excellence: Provide clear, concise, and professional communication across all levels of the organization, ensuring transparency and trust.
  • Data Annotation & System Feedback: Enhance our AI systems by annotating data and providing feedback to improve the accuracy of threat detection.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed logs of incidents, communications, and actions taken to ensure full transparency.
  • Cross-Functional Support: As part of a growing startup, contribute to tasks outside your direct role, supporting the broader operations team as needed.
