Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Valid Level 2 Security License in the state of Texas (or eligibility to obtain one).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of security management experience
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in high-stress environments while demonstrating professionalism and sound judgment.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Availability for on-call and after-hours support
  • Knowledge of security operations, risk management, and compliance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling/reporting systems
  • Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in contract security services, security, law enforcement, military, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all security operations across multiple contracts and locations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable local, state, and federal regulations
  • Supervise, train, mentor, and support site supervisors, managers, and security personnel to ensure consistent performance standards
  • Conduct regular site visits, audits, and performance evaluations to maintain quality assurance and operational effectiveness
  • Develop, implement, and maintain staffing schedules to ensure proper coverage and operational efficiency
  • Manage scheduling and payroll entry with accuracy and compliance
  • Conduct weekly face-to-face meetings with clients to ensure service expectations are being met and maintain strong client relationships
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients and remain accessible via phone and email to address requests, concerns, and operational needs in a timely manner
  • Investigate incidents and ensure proper documentation, reporting, and follow-up actions are completed
  • Assist with field operations, including client relations and special assignments as needed
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to assess staffing needs, support hiring efforts, and develop recruitment strategies
  • Support onboarding and training of new officers and supervisors in alignment with company standards
  • Participate in weekly operations meetings to review performance metrics, including overtime and labor costs, and identify areas for improvement
  • Coordinate and support new client site start-ups to ensure smooth operational transitions
  • Develop succession plans for assigned sites and provide ongoing mentoring to supervisors and managers
  • Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery
  • Maintain professionalism and composure in high-pressure situations while working effectively in a team-oriented environment
