Job Title: Security Operations Manager Location: North Miami/ South Broward Pay: $20 per hour Schedule: 6PM to 2AM or something similar with 1 weekend day off Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and professional Security Operations Manager to oversee security operations within the North Miami/ South Broward. Working directly under the Director of Operations, this individual ensures field-level excellence by supervising personnel, maintaining site compliance, and providing logistical support. This role requires a "hands-on" leader who can transition seamlessly from training staff to troubleshooting equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Florida Class D Security License (Required)
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (Required)
Minimum of 3 years of security supervision or leadership experience
Flexibility for an on-call schedule as needed
Strong technical aptitude for troubleshooting security equipment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

Field Inspections: Conduct regular, unannounced site inspections to ensure security personnel are following protocols, maintaining uniform standards, and performing duties effectively.
Logistics & Equipment: Handle the delivery of site equipment and supplies; troubleshoot hardware/software issues (CCTV, radios, tablets) to ensure zero downtime at client locations.
Staff Training & Development: Familiarize new staff with site-specific post orders and conduct hands-on training for existing personnel to maintain high service standards.
Operational Support: Assist in site coverage during emergencies or staffing gaps to ensure all posts remain secure.
Performance Management: Execute and document coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions for staff members in accordance with company policy.
Reporting: Review and audit all timesheets, daily activity logs, and incident reports for precision and compliance. Provide comprehensive end-of-shift summaries to management and executive leadership detailing all operational actions, site visits, and incidents addressed.
Client Relations: Interact with clients and residents professionally to address immediate concerns and maintain strong site-level relationships.
