As the Security Operations Center (SOC) Supervisor, you will oversee and manage all aspects of the SOC program, ensuring 24/7 operational readiness to support the safety and security of the Capitol Campus. You will lead a team responsible for live monitoring of security technologies, including video surveillance, access control, and duress systems. In this role, you will coordinate security coverage for large events, protests, critical incidents, and dignitary visits, advising public entities and leadership on security best practices. You will also represent the SOC in meetings with statewide and municipal partners, exercise independent judgment in decision-making, and provide strategic direction to enhance security operations.
