About The Position

The Security Operations Center (SOC) Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the SOC to ensure the protection of client assets. This role requires strategic thinking and strong leadership skills to manage a team of SOC Agents while implementing best practices and standards. The supervisor will provide real-time feedback, training, and support to staff, ensuring effective operations and alignment with company values.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time feedback and ongoing training of staff on shifts.
• Function as coverage Agent at any level when not supervising.
• Partner with the Shift Manager to ensure appropriate staffing and coverage for shifts.
• Ensure all stations (including live stations) are online, active, usable, and covered prior to shift beginning.
• Manage and communicate effectively with the Shift Manager regarding staffing needs and events that occur during shifts.
• Make everyday decisions that align with the company's core values.
• Act as a mentor and thought leader on the floor, exemplifying best practices for all Agents.
