Virtual Service Operations is actively seeking a talented individual with an active TS/SCI clearance to direct strategic and operational activities within a Security Operations Center, including planning, resource allocation, and leadership of hybrid cloud/on-prem SOCs. In this role, you will manage the daily and strategic operations of a Security Operations Center (SOC), overseeing teams, playbooks, and response strategies. You will also ensure the SOC aligns with NIST functions and protects large-scale environments (>50k endpoints). This position requires deep experience with hybrid/cloud SOCs and leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 10 years total experience.
• At least 5 years managing a combined on-premise/cloud SOC or 10 years in cybersecurity incident response in large environments (50,000+ endpoints).
• Experience across all five areas of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework: Identify, Protect, Detect, Respond, Recover.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Must be within driving distance of Arlington, VA or willing to relocate to the area.
