Circle K Security Operations Center Operators supports all U.S. and Canada stores 24 Hours a day and 7 days a week. Monitors all Circle K alarm systems and dispatches emergency personnel as needed, Police, Fire and Medical. Reports security incidents and provide real time response reporting to include but not limited to robbery, burglary, internal/external incident reporting and internal/external communications. Monitors and supports all digital video recording and camera systems in the field. Conduct routine alarm testing. Provide call center level support utilizing phone and email supporting field operations. Supports Access Control and Card System. Provide and support all Circle K systems related to Security Operations Center to include creating and follow through of work orders for security systems under the Security Operations Center umbrella. Data entry into multiple security software solutions, also including Microsoft Office Suite. Support Company with Security and Loss Prevention needs. Prepares and manages all reports as directed. Communicate effectively with the Security Operations Team to assure business continuity. Ability to handle both common and crisis situations calmly and efficiently. Must display exceptional quality customer service and communication skills. Neat and professional appearance. Must be able to multi-task.
