About The Position

The Command Center Monitor will monitor and respond to security and safety incidents in a command center environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in security or law enforcement and be able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Requirements

• Must have three years of driving experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in security or law enforcement
• Valid Michigan Drivers License
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security and safety systems, including CCTV, access control, and fire alarms.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies, including contacting emergency services and coordinating response efforts.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and actions taken.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Answer 2-way radio communications professionally and helpfully while gathering information.
• Maintain building security and Command Center operations.
• Participate in job training programs.
• Perform Duties as assigned.
