The Manager of Protective Services translates enterprise and operating unit guidance and direction into affiliate security programs and initiatives that result in a coherent system approach, while ensuring that implementation strategies are tailored and integrated consistent with affiliate culture. Provides leadership, direction and supervision to subordinate security managers, supervisors, and site leads. Ensures effective synchronization of staffing, technology, and processes (incident reporting, analysis, measurement, budgeting, repair & maintenance, investigations, event reconstruction, training, crime prevention, et al), to safeguard Sutter Health's people, property, assets, and interests. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing and scaling Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) programs, leading teams, delivering high-quality execution of multi-faceted projects, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
