A Security Officer's duties are specified by Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), requiring them to be knowledgeable and capable of acting quickly and efficiently according to these directives.

Requirements

Three (3) years of verifiable driving experience is required for driving positions
Excellent customer service skills are required
The ability to present a professional appearance is required
Must regularly stand or walk for extended periods of time and distance
Must always be accessible for phone communication
Mentally analyze a situation, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure in the area of responsibility
Read and understand written instructions and communicate information and ideas in clear and concise written form
Willing and able to work holidays and weekends
Willing to work in all weather conditions
Able to work independently
Clean background, ability to pass a pre-employment evaluation, and pass random drug screens
High School diploma or equivalent
Drivers License
