HIRING IMMEDIATELY Sunstates Security is hosting a Hiring Event for Security Officers on Wednesday, January 21st, from 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Meet with Hiring Managers for Full-Time and Part-Time positions in the Batavia, Ohio area. Various days and shifts are available with a starting pay rate of $18.00/hr, with weekly pay. Pay depends on location. Location of event: Batavia Library 180 S Third Street, Batavia, Ohio This is a walk-in event. Come prepared to interview with our hiring managers. Requirements

Be able to obtain a OH Security License.
Excellent customer service skills.
Security officer, law enforcement, and/or military experience is a plus.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Willing and able to work holidays, weekends, and in all weather conditions.
Ability to pass criminal background and drug screen pre-hire.
Must have availability to work all shifts, mornings, evenings, and overnights for Flex positions.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must regularly walk or stand for extended periods of time and distance.
Exceptional report writing skills.

Nice To Haves

Security officer, law enforcement, and/or military experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
