HIRING IMMEDIATELY Sunstates Security is currently hiring Full-Time & Part time Security Officers in the Phoenix, AZ area. This position pays $20.50/hour, paid weekly . The ideal candidate will have prior security experience and a strong customer service mindset. Position Overview: The Security Officer will represent the client as the first point of contact, greeting everyone upon entry. Officers may perform a variety of duties as specified by Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Officers are expected to thoroughly understand Post Orders and SOPs and act quickly and effectively in accordance with them. Only candidates who meet our rigorous employment standards and are verified as strong matches by Site Managers will be invited to join our security team. Requirements

3 years of customer service experience
3+ years of security experience
Must demonstrate excellent writing, oral, analytical, and communication skills
Must be able to work independently and function with limited supervision
Capable of performing duties with a high level of accuracy and maintaining the highest level of integrity
Ability to exercise good judgment and make sound decisions
Must have dependable means of transportation
Must practice good grooming standards
Must demonstrate good teamwork ability
Must be able to work flexible hours
Must have a clean driving record
Active AZ Guard Card required
High School diploma or equivalent
