Responsibilities

  • Maintain detailed notes on all sites that they train at to provide seamless service to the clients when they must cover that post.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Come to work whether called in or scheduled in advance; be on time and complete shift assignments (including overtime, if assigned).
  • Maintain a neat, professional appearance and come to work in complete and clean assigned uniform.
  • Provide quality customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Communicate effectively (both verbal and written) and handle typical and crisis situations efficiently.
  • Understand and execute post orders including enforcement of client and company policies, rules and regulations.
  • Report all concerns to management noted on sites assigned.

Requirements

  • Good to excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to provide and deliver quality customer service.
  • Ability to make good decisions (judgment and common sense).
  • Financial / mathematical aptitude.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as requested.
  • Reliable transportation to get to work site.
  • Well-motivated, able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Must maintain reliable means of communication to be contacted by management.
