We are currently hiring for full-time and part-time Security Officer opportunities across multiple client sites in the New Hampshire Seacoast region. Primary openings are located in Newington, Stratham, Rochester, and Franklin. These roles involve maintaining a safe and secure environment, conducting regular patrols, responding to incidents, enforcing post procedures, and representing Securitas with professionalism, vigilance, and integrity.

Requirements

• Previous security or law enforcement experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and observational skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.
• Security guard certification or related training is a plus.
• Valid NH State Guard Card or ability to apply for the license will be required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, patrol the facility, and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Regularly patrol premises to ensure the safety of employees, visitors, and property.
• Monitor security cameras and alarms for suspicious activity.
• Manage access points, check identification, and maintain visitor logs.
• Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies; contact appropriate personnel and authorities when necessary.
• Maintain detailed activity logs and incident reports.
• Follow evacuation, medical, and emergency protocols.
• Adhere to all security policies and regulations; identify and address risks or hazards.
• Work closely with other security staff and site teams to ensure coordinated protection.
