About The Position

Requirements

• Security officer experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using technology.
• Prior military or law enforcement experience preferred.
• Valid PERC Card preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Drivers License.

• Experience in customer service roles.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly.

Responsibilities

• Provide security coverage for various shifts as needed due to illness, call-offs, or other reasons.
• Become knowledgeable of Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to act quickly and efficiently.
• Work at different posts and facilities based on operational needs.
• Communicate availability and any scheduling conflicts with supervisors.
• Accept and work scheduled shifts, including short-notice call-ins, maintaining an 80% acceptance rate.
