About The Position

The position involves greeting and thanking customers as they enter and exit the gaming facility, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The role requires checking IDs to verify that customers are of legal age and maintaining a strong focus on guest service. Additional duties may be assigned as needed, and the employee must be comfortable working around animals.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Polite demeanor and neat appearance
• Ability to read and write for report completion
• Ability to work rotational shifts
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
• Ability to work in a noisy, smoke/secondary smoke environment
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing
• Ability to pass a background investigation
• Subject to pre-employment drug screening
