  • Monitoring Surveillance Systems: Keeping an eye on security cameras and alarm systems to detect any suspicious activity or breaches.
  • Responding to Incidents: Quickly responding to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, including assisting with medical emergencies or contacting law enforcement if necessary.
  • Assisting Customers and Employees: Providing assistance and support to customers and employees with security-related concerns.
  • Completing Incident Reports: Documenting any security-related incidents or activities that occur during shifts to help store management and law enforcement track and address security issues effectively.
  • Collaborating with Management: Working closely with store management and other security team members to address security concerns and implement effective solutions, including participating in security meetings or training sessions.
  • Maintaining a Visible Presence: Acting as a deterrent to criminal activity by maintaining a visible and approachable presence in the store to create a sense of security for both employees and customers.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Ensuring compliance with security policies, procedures, and regulations at all times.
