Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
- Provide general security duties to clients.
- Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards.
- Understand and comply with DSI and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.
- Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures and DSI's safety manual.
- Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.
- Perform routine foot patrols.
- Lift moderate weights and work in all-weather elements.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Florida Class D Security License.
- Reliable means of transportation and means of communication.
- Pass all required background and drug screenings.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
