Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Valid NYS Drivers License
• Valid Security officer license
• Two years full-time experience in security department or public law enforcement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Protects patients, visitors, staff and the hospital's property from criminal acts.
• Responds to all emergency calls within the facility.
• Ensures all visitors have appropriate ID.
• Assists visitors by guiding them through the facility.
