As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will control access, observe loading and warehouse activity, respond to calls for assistance, and document findings with clear communication. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse areas, yard space, loading docks, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
- Monitor access points and coordinate visitor, driver, and vendor entry using site procedures, supporting orderly traffic flow in and around shipping and receiving areas.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.
- Complete shift documentation such as activity logs and incident reports, and communicate observations and follow-up needs to oncoming personnel and/or supervisors.
