Requirements

high school diploma or GED required
valid driver’s license
successful completion of pre-screening hiring requirements
strong attention to detail, professionalism and ability to remain calm under pressure
a service-oriented mindset and commitment to supporting a safe, respectful environment

previous security, safety, or customer-facing experience preferred

Responsibilities

provide a courteous and visible presence while ensuring the safety of our campus
patrol building interiors and exterior grounds, proactively identifying and addressing concerns
respond to incidents professionally and with sound judgement
maintain accurate records and reports of all activity and follow standard protocols
monitor and uphold all access, visitor, and sign-in procedures
communicate clearly and respectfully with residents, staff, and guests
assist with emergencies or evacuations and report issues to appropriate leadership
support the overall well-being of our community through strong situational awareness
