As a Security Officer - Utilities Site Patrols in Morton Grove, IL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Unarmed Officer, where you will monitor and patrol utility locations to help maintain a secure environment for all personnel and visitors. You will conduct regular patrols, remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or unauthorized access. Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity encountered during patrols. Document and communicate incidents, hazards, or maintenance needs identified while on patrol. Assist visitors and employees with directions and general information as needed. Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to maintain a secure environment. Minimum Requirements: At least 2 years of security-related experience is required. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
