As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by patrolling and monitoring assigned logistics and distribution locations. Requirements

At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or responding appropriately to emergencies as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for staff and visitors.
Conduct regular and random patrols inside the facility as well as the surrounding perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and address potential concerns.
Monitor entrances, exits, and loading areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any unusual activity.
Communicate clearly and professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
Document and report incidents, observations, and any security-related irregularities according to site protocols.
Support the security-related needs of logistics and distribution operations through visible presence and timely response to concerns.
